Mechanic Laborer & Greasing Specialist Automation Personnel Services is looking for a hard-working Mechanic Laborer & Greasing Specialistlooking for a long-term full-time career opportunity. We are seeking an experienced mechanical laborer with expertise in equipment greasing and lubrication. The ideal candidate will have strong mechanical aptitude and hands-on experience maintaining industrial equipment. Pay Range : $18.00 - $20.00 per hour Schedule and Hours : Monday through Friday, 8 : 00 am to 6 : 30 pm Mechanic Laborer & Greasing Specialist Duties and Responsibilities
- Perform systematic equipment lubrication following established maintenance schedules, including greasing bearings, gearboxes, and moving components while documenting all service points completed during each shift.
- Conduct daily equipment inspections to identify wear patterns, leaks, or potential failures, reporting findings through proper channels and assisting with basic repairs under mechanic supervision.
- Maintain accurate lubrication records including grease types used, service dates, and equipment conditions while ensuring proper inventory of greases, oils, and lubricants for different machinery applications.
- Support mechanical staff during equipment repairs, teardowns, and rebuilds by cleaning parts, organizing tools, and helping with heavy lifting while learning proper maintenance techniques.
- Follow all safety protocols when working around moving machinery, including proper lockout / tagout procedures, wearing required PPE, and maintaining clean work areas to prevent slip and fall hazards.
