Office Manager Assistant
Automation Personnel Services is looking for a Skilled Office Assistant for manufacturer in the Pelham, AL area. We are looking for a self-motivated individual that enjoys learning tasks. This individual will assist the Office Manager in many tasks including, but not limited to purchasing duties, payroll duties, and email blasts. Pay Rate
17.00 per hour Schedule and Hours
Hours are Monday through Friday 7 : 30am-4 : 30pm with a hour lunch (must be able to work over 40 hours if needed) Office Assistant- Duties and Responsibilities
- Data entry of company purchase orders in QuickBooks
- Email purchase orders to vendors, verify order confirmations against issued purchase order for accuracy. Reach out to vendors to have any issues corrected before order is delivered to us
- Keep Backorder Report updated with accurate information
- Gather, organize, balance, scan, & attach completed delivery tickets to specific purchase order in QuickBooks
- Distribute, collect, & verify weekly time sheets
- Create bi-weekly company newsletter via PowerPoint & Constant Contact
- Create & maintain various excel reports as needed
- File completed payables bi-weekly
