This position offers a blend of recruitment, human resources, and team-building tasks, providing a well-rounded and fulfilling career experience. Pay Rate $42K-$45K annually Onsite Coordinator Duties & Responsibilities
- Recruit, screen, and interview applicants for proper placement.
- Process payroll, oversee time-keeping, and handle workers’ compensation reporting.
- Counsel employees and manage attendance, performance, and production reports.
- Communicate open positions to branch offices and interact with HR regularly.
- Check in new employees at the start of each shift.
- Listen to and apply constructive criticism. Onsite Coordinator Qualifications & Requirements
- A background as an on-site coordinator in a manufacturing facility is essential. Experience in HR, team building, customer service, and proficiency with computer systems is also required.
- Strong interpersonal skills to manage relationships with various stakeholders and handle employee relations with empathy and professionalism.
- The ability to think on your feet, resolve issues promptly, and improve processes continually.
Salary : $42,000 - $45,000
