PLANT MANAGER
Automation Personnel Services is looking for a Plant Manager for a company based in Marion, AL. 115,000 annual salary Schedule and Hours
Monday through Friday, 800 am to 500 pm. Plant Manager Duties and Responsibilities
- Oversee and manage daily manufacturing operations to optimize productivity and efficiency.
- Direct supervision of 10-15 department managers and indirect supervision of 150-200 employees.
- Maintain inventory control for whole goods and parts.
- Work with the Engineering and Research and Development departments in product development.
- Update any changes to Bill of Materials (BOMs) and maintain current UPCs as necessary.
- Oversee all receiving activities.
- Frequent inspections of petroleum materials and paint for safety and ordering purposes.
- Work with the Safety Manager to retrieve and submit required information to the Alabama Department of Environmental Management (ADEM).
