Shipping and Receiving Automation Personnel Services is looking for aShipping and Receivingfor a company based inEast Tampa, FL. In this job, you will be responsible for shipping,receiving, and processing incoming goods, unloading, inspecting, and verifying inventory for accuracy. Prepare finished products for shipments, ensuring proper labeling and documentation. Pay Rate : $17.00 - $19.00 per hour, depending on experience. Schedule and Hours : Monday to Friday7 : 30 AM – 4 : 15 PM Shipping and Receiving Duties and Responsibilities
- Receive material into SAP inventory for all incoming shipments by verifying part number, purchase order, quantity, batch number, and revision level.
- Unpack and examine incoming shipments, segregate damaged items, record shortages, and communicate discrepancies to the Buyer / Planner to resolve damages and shortages.
- Process shipment documentation and inspect completed orders.
- Operate shipping software proficientlyand other computer systems to receive and track inventory.
- Maintains inventory accuracy by following Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP)
