Staffing Recruiter Automation Personnel Services is seeking a professional and motivated Staffing Recruiter to work with us in our branch serving the greater Huntsville-Madison area. We are searching for candidates with excellent customer service and communication skills, strong analytical and problem-solving skills, and the ability to flourish in a fast-paced and high-pressure environment. Candidates who are bilingual in English and Spanish are preferred, but it is not a requirement. Pay Rate $19.00-$21.00 per hour based on experience Schedules and Hours Our workdays can sometimes be long and unpredictable. Our office is open Monday through Friday 8 : 00 am-5 : 00 pm, but the ideal candidate is able to work 40 hours (including overtime when needed). Must be able to be on call some weekends and work after 5 pm as needed. Staffing Recruiter Duties and Responsibilities

- Bilingual in English and Spanish preferred but not required
- Great Customer Service
- Awesome communication skills
- Comfortable with computers. Be an advanced user of Microsoft Word and Microsoft Excel.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and high-pressure environment.
- Ability to think "outside of the box".
- Reliable transportation and valid Driver's License
