This position offers a blend of recruitment, human resources, and team-building tasks, providing a well-rounded and fulfilling career experience.

Bilingual Staffing Coordinator Duties & Responsibilities
- Recruit, screen, and interview applicants for proper placement.
- Counsel employees and manage attendance, performance, and production reports.
- Communicate open positions to branch offices and interact with HR regularly.
- Check in new employees at the start of each shift.
- Listen to and apply constructive criticism.
