Industri al Maintenance Technician
Automation Personnel Services is looking for Industrial Maintenance Technicians for a company based in Oldsmar, FL. In this job, you will have the opportunity to advance your career while being a key part of one of the top ten Paper and Packaging manufacturers in the United States.
Pay rate
27.00 - $32.00 per hour, depending on experience
Schedule and Hours
3rd shift - Monday through Friday, 11 : 00 PM to 7 : 00 AM
Industrial Maintenance Technician Duties and Responsibilities :
- Preventive maintenance on engines, motors, pneumatic tools, conveyor systems, and production machines.
- Responsible for troubleshooting, maintaining, repairing, and installing electrical systems across our machinery equipment.
- Identify problems by observing mechanical devices in operation; listening for problems; using precision measuring and testing instruments.
- Read and interpret mechanical drawings and schematics.
- Utilize test devices such as ohmmeters, voltmeters, and oscilloscopes to ensure system safety and compatibility.
- Removes defective parts by dismantling devices; using hoists, cranes, and hand and power tools; examine the form and texture of parts.
- Maintains equipment, parts, and supplies inventories by checking stock to determine inventory level.
- Prepares mechanical maintenance reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing information and trends.
- Execute established preventative maintenance programs and assist with new equipment installations.
