Industrial Maintenance Technician
Automation Personnel Services is looking for an Industrial Maintenance Technician to work for a company based in Largo, FL. In this job, you will be responsible for performing an array of duties such as service production and facility equipment (both electronic and mechanical), maintaining the CMMS system, and performing general and preventative maintenance and repair of fixtures and equipment, facility, building upkeep, and other related duties.
Pay Rate :
25.00 - $30.00 per hour, depending on experience.
Schedule and Hours :
Monday to Thursday, 2 : 30 pm – 12 : 45 am. Some Saturdays are required.
Industrial Maintenance Technician Duties and Responsibilities :
- Install, maintain, troubleshoot, and repair mechanical equipment within manufacturing facility.
- Perform breakdown, and preventative maintenance to equipment across the manufacturing floor following cGMP and OSHA requirements.
- Use CMMS program to record any / all maintenance work done within manufacturing facility.
- Use OEE program to note and communicate equipment findings across the team and throughout the production floor.
- Assist Junior Mechanics with set-ups & change-overs on equipment.
- Assemble, inspect, install, and test new equipment being added to production.
- Read and comprehend equipment manuals, schematics, and diagrams.
- Complete written or digital records of work performed each day.
