MACHINE OPERATOR
Automation Personnel Services is seeking Machine Operators for a company located in Chattanooga, TN. In this role, you will assemble kits and operator machinery in a manufacturing environment. All positions are full-time temporary to hire.
Pay Rate
16.00 per hour
Schedule and Hours
1 st shift : 6 : 00am-4 : 30pm Monday-Thursday with overtime on Friday
Machine Operator Duties and Responsibilities
- Pack and unpack items to be stocked on shelves in warehouse
- Store items in an orderly and accessible manner in warehouses, tool rooms, supply rooms, or other areas.
- Examine and inspect stock items for wear or defects, reporting any damage to supervisors.
- Receive and count stock items, and record data manually or using computer.
- Mark stock items using identification tags, stamps, electric marking tools, or other labeling equipment.
- Clean and maintain supplies, tools, equipment, and storage areas to ensure compliance with safety regulations.
- Prepare products, supplies, equipment, or other items for use by adjusting, repairing or assembling them as necessary.
- Train to be a machine operator
