Millwork Carpenter

Automation Personnel Services is looking for Millwork Carpenters for a company based in Oldsmar, FL. In this role, you will have the opportunity to work with a fast-growing millwork company specializing in custom wood doors.

Pay Rate

20.00 - $24.00 per hour depending on experience.

Schedule and Hours

Monday through Friday, 7 : 00 am to 4 : 30 pm.

Millwork Carpenter Duties and Responsibilities

Responsible for crafting and installing millwork, including molding, trim, and other detailed woodwork.
Utilize various woodworking tools and machinery to shape, cut, measure, and assemble wood materials. Must have experience with shapers and table saws.
Verify dimensions and check the quality of millwork.
Perform a wide range of tasks related to crafting and installing millwork.
Interpret blueprints and specifications to ensure accurate installation.
Fabricate and assemble custom millwork, including doors and trim.
Apply finishes to millwork, such as stains, paints, and varnishes
Ensure quality and accuracy through careful measurements and inspections.
You will work closely with our team of construction professionals to ensure that all projects are completed to the highest standards.
Closely follow safety regulations and guidelines at all times, including wearing appropriate personal protective equipment and securing loads properly.

Millwork Carpenter Qualifications and Requirements

3 years’ experience in cabinet or millwork field

Strong skill in reading and interpreting drawings, and blueprints.

Strong knowledge of woodworking techniques, tools, and machinery.

Ability to work independently within a team and to meet project deadlines.

Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot assembly issues.

Physical dexterity and ability to lift heavy objects as required.

Attention to detail and good hand-eye coordination to operate equipment

Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
