OFFICE MANAGER
Automation Personnel Services is seeking a professional and motivated Office Manager for our branch located in Calhoun, GA. We are searching for candidates with excellent customer service and communication skills, strong analytical and problem-solving skills, and the ability to flourish in a fast-paced and high-pressure environment.
Pay Range
50K-60K annually
Schedules and Hours
Our workdays can sometimes be long and unpredictable. Our office is open Monday through Friday 8 : 00 am-5 : 00 pm, but the ideal candidate be able to work 40 hours (including overtime when needed). Must be able to be on call some weekends and work after 5 pm as needed.
Office Manager Duties and Responsibilities
- Recruiting, applicant screening, interviewing, placing, and counseling employees
- Adequately judging the quality of an applicant for correct placement
- Process Payroll
- Counseling employees
- Listening to and applying constructive criticism
