Production Manager
Automation Personnel Services is looking for a motivated Production Manager in Cartersville, GA. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing all production management responsibilities to include daily management, supervision, coordination, and successful completion of planned daily production schedules.
Pay Rate
45,000- $50,000 annual salary
Schedule and Hours
Monday through Friday, 6 : 00 am to 4 : 30 pm.
Production Manager Duties and Responsibilities
- Preparing production schedules and timelines
- Ensuring that the quality and company standards are met.
- Coordinating with the team members to ensure the production process is completed on time.
- Checking the inventory and placing orders for raw materials
- Handling any customer queries
- Addressing any production disputes and diverting the urgent ones to the Production Manager
- Creating and maintaining a report of the production status
- Assisting in hiring and training new team members
- Ensuring that all safety and health procedures are always followed.
- Reviewing the production schedule and suggesting improvement measures.
- Quality Control
Production Manager Qualifications and Requirements
High School Diploma or GED.
Minimum 2 years in manufacturing, service environment or similar field
Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Office Suite and Word
Good Communication and interpersonal skills
60% of these daily duties will be completed within a warehouse setting- not in office setting.
