Reliability Specialist
Automation Personnel Services is looking for a Reliability Specialist for a company based in Tampa, FL. In this role, you will have the opportunity to leverage your expertise in maintenance and reliability engineering in a dynamic food manufacturing environment, helping drive improvements in equipment efficiency and overall plant performance.
Pay Rate
48 per hour, depending on experience
Schedule and Hours
Monday through Friday, 8 : 00 am to 5 : 00 pm.
Reliability Specialist Duties and Responsibilities
- Address recurring issues affecting plant efficiency and profitability, reducing downtime and improving equipment performance.
- Identify and manage asset reliability risks through loss elimination and life cycle asset management.
- Develop and implement solutions to enhance throughput in manufacturing processes.
- Conduct root cause analysis of reliability problems and propose preventive strategies.
- Collaborate with maintenance and production teams to improve operational efficiency.
- Monitor equipment performance metrics and recommend best practices for improvement.
