SHIPPING  AND  RECEIVING  ASSOCIATE

Automation Personnel Services is seeking an experienced   Shipping and Receiving Associate   for a high-volume metal supplier located in Jasper, TN. In this role, you will be responsible for packing and loading packages utilizing a forklift. All positions are full time temp to hire.

Pay Rate

18.00 per hour

Schedule and Shifts

1st shift 6 : 00AM-2 : 30PM

Shipping and Receiving Associate Duties and Responsibilities

  • Packaging and loading trucks with orders.
  • Record product, packaging, and order information on specified forms and records.
  • Examine and inspect containers, materials, and products to ensure that receiving specifications are met.
  • Verify all orders for accuracy.
  • Load materials and products into package processing equipment

Shipping and Receiving Associate Skills and Qualifications

  • Forklift experience required
  • Basic computer skills including Microsoft Excel
  • work within  weather elements  indoors and outdoors
  • Previous warehouse experience required
  • Must be able to read a tape measure
  • Ability to pay close attention to detail
