Staffing Recruiter
Automation Personnel Services is seeking a professional and motivated Staffing Recruiter to work with us in our Calhoun , GA branch. We are searching for candidates with excellent customer service and communication skills, strong analytical and problem-solving skills, and the ability to flourish in a fast-paced and high-pressure environment.
Pay Rate
16.00-$19.00 per hour based on experience
Schedules and Hours
Our workdays can sometimes be long and unpredictable. Our office is open Monday through Friday 8 : 00 am-5 : 00 pm, but the ideal candidate be able to work 40 hours (including overtime when needed) Must be able to be on call some weekends and work after 5 : 00 pm as needed.
Staffing Recruiters are currently working 50plus hours per week
Staffing Recruiter Duties and Responsibilities
- Recruiting
- Applicant screening
- Interviewing
- Adequately judging quality of an applicant for correct placement
- Process Payroll
- Counseling employees
- Listening to and applying constructive criticism
