TECHNOLOGY FIELD SERVICE TECHNICIAN
Automation Personnel Services is looking for a T echnology Field Service Technician for a company based in Columbus, MS . In this role, you will have the opportunity to work with a growing team to service sta t e of the art office networks, computer desktops, multi-function, and copy equipment plus related software.
Pay Rate
1 8 .00 - $ 23 .00 per hour (based on experience)
Schedule and Hours
Monday through Friday, 8 00 am to 5 00 pm.
Technology Field Service Technician Duties and Responsibilities
- Service and maintain customer equipment such as copier repair, computer repair, and networking operations.
- Install new office equipment at customer sites, configure settings, and ensure proper functionality.
- Diagnose malfunctions, replace parts, and repair technical issues with office equipment .
- Stay current with new technologies and manufacture updates on office equipment .
- Compete service reports, document repairs, and maintain customer records .
