Office Assistant Purpose: Undertakes administrative tasks related to the sales department and office while following existing procedures. The candidate will be responsible for maintaining documentation, job files, and several other procedures associated with our customers and projects.
Job Brief
We are looking for a qualified Full Time Administrative Assistant to join to our team. You will provide support by assisting with administrative tasks, communicating with customers, scheduling service work, completing relevant paperwork and also creating estimates/proposals with the help from the sales team.
Our ideal candidate will have experience in business administration, customer service or a related field. You should be goal-oriented and self motivated. We expect this candidate to perform well in a team environment, and have exceptional people/communication skills.
Responsibilities
- Ensure that all documentation processes have been completed as required
- Communicate with potential customers regarding new or upcoming projects
- Follow up with all customers once a job/work is completed
- Assist multiple departments with administrative tasks
Requirements
- Excellent communication skills
- Must be organized and goal oriented
- High School Diploma Required
- Proficiency with computer programs (Word and Excel)
- In-depth understanding of sales principles and customer service practices
- Sales/Customer Service Background is a plus
