Minimum Requirements
- 5 years' practical experience with business intelligence analysis, ETL, data processing, data programming, and data analytics
- 2 years hands-on experience in Machine Learning or advanced analytics
- MS in Computer Science / Statistics or equivalent combination of skills, experience, and education
- Proven experience working on multiple banking projects involving programming and building predictive models using R or Python
- Experience building and deploying machine learning algorithms such as Random Forest, Gradient Boosting, and Neural Networks into production
- Background in machine learning frameworks such as TensorFlow or Keras
- Creative problem solver who thrives when presented with a challenge
- Excellent pattern recognition and predictive modeling skills
- Excellent communication and documentation skills
- Excellent attention to detail
- Comfortable in both a leadership and team-player role
- Able to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively
- Understanding of Dimensional Modeling concepts
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
