We are seeking a dynamic individual for the role of Regional Sales Manager , who will operate independently from a home office and partially from the office within San Jose, California. This position involves a blend of sales and basic marketing responsibilities, with a primary focus on maintaining existing business relationships and identifying new opportunities within the OEM and distributor accounts.
Responsibilities :
- Conduct visits to OEMs, primarily focusing on existing users.
- Evaluate territory performance, identify target markets, and seize new business opportunities.
- Develop and implement a comprehensive territory sales plan to meet quarterly objectives.
- Manage national and regional accounts, working closely with distribution partners.
- Maintain and update customer database.
- Collaborate in the development of marketing materials and support product promotion through advertising, trade shows, and public relations activities.
- Provide valuable product feedback, growth estimates, and new product recommendations to corporate R&D.
- Manage Independent Sales Representatives and Distributors.
- Offer technical support and assistance to clients.
