What You'll Do
Design, configure, and optimize PLC programs for industrial automation systems
Troubleshoot electrical, mechanical, and software issues to keep operations running smoothly
Provide on-site and remote technical support to clients
Work with industry-leading automation platforms (Allen-Bradley, Siemens, Emerson, and more!)
Collaborate with project managers and engineers to deliver high-quality solutions
What You Need to Succeed
Experience with industrial control systems & control panel design
Hands-on expertise with PLC, DCS, HMI / SCADA, and automation software
Strong troubleshooting skills in electrical, mechanical, and software failures
Ability to juggle multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
AS / BS in Engineering or equivalent industry experience

This role is based in McHenry / Woodstock, IL, and requires local candidates. Visa sponsorship is not available.

Our client will consider a candidate's work experience, education / training, key skills, the salaries of current employees in similar roles, and other factors when extending an offer.
Salary : $80,000 - $120,000
