Mike Maroone Chevrolet GMC Ford is offering YOU a CAREER as a BDC Representative with a company that ALWAYS puts honesty and integrity first. We are ready to resume growing in 2025 and we need YOU! We will be looking to hire several BDC Representatives at 3 Longmont / Boulder area locations! We are offering a strong base pay PLUS bonuses pay plan, $60,000 - $100,000 annual earning potential as well as a comprehensive benefits package!
As a BDC Rep / Call Center Agent, you'll be responsible for managing all sales activities generated from our Business Development Department. From managing sales leads to closing business, you'll be instrumental in helping this division increase overall dealership sales. This is NOT a standard, showroom floor, automotive sales position!
REQUIREMENTS- Previous experience is NOT REQUIRED for this position. Some type of phone sales, customer service, collections experience is a PLUS. Qualified applicants should have a professional appearance, a high school degree (or equivalent) and valid driver’s license. High-energy, positive, out-going individuals with strong verbal communication skills WILL succeed as a BDC Representative with us!
