Summary
We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Warehouse Fulfillment Associate to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing the order fulfillment process, ensuring timely and accurate picking, packing, and shipping of products. You will also be responsible for maintaining inventory accuracy, assisting in warehouse organization, and adhering to safety protocols.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Order Fulfillment:
- Pick, pack, and prepare products for shipment based on customer orders.
- Verify the accuracy of orders and ensure the correct items and quantities are picked.
- Prepare shipments for dispatch in a timely manner to meet order deadlines.
- Inventory Management:
- Assist with receiving and stocking inventory.
- Maintain inventory accuracy through cycle counts and stock audits.
- Report any discrepancies or issues with stock levels to the supervisor.
- Warehouse Organization:
- Keep the warehouse clean, organized, and free from hazards.
- Ensure the safe storage of products and materials.
- Follow standard operating procedures (SOPs) for warehouse operations.
- Shipping & Receiving:
- Prepare and label packages for shipment.
- Ensure proper labeling of items, packages, and shipments to maintain compliance.
- Receive inbound shipments, verify contents, and update inventory accordingly.
- Safety & Compliance:
- Adhere to all safety guidelines, policies, and procedures to maintain a safe working environment.
- Operate warehouse equipment such as forklifts, pallet jacks, and scanners (if required) following proper safety protocols
Education and Experience
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 1 years of Warehouse, Shipping and Safety experience
Skills
- Customer Service: Excellent customer service and communication skills to effectively interact with customers and address their needs.
- Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with automotive systems and equipment, as well as basic technical troubleshooting skills.
- Problem-Solving: Effective problem-solving abilities to address issues and challenges that may arise during field operations.
- Safety Awareness: Strong commitment to safety protocols and the ability to promote a culture of safety within the team.
- Organization: Exceptional organizational skills to manage schedules, inventory, and documentation efficiently.
- Adaptability: Willingness to adapt to changing field conditions and priorities.
Physical Demands
While performing the duties of this job, the employee must be able to stand and walk for long periods of times. Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds at a time. Must be able to traverse and access all areas of the warehouse.
