What are the responsibilities and job description for the B2B Outside Sales Representative position at Automotive Aftermarket Manufacturer?
We are looking for a self-motivated Territory Outside Sales Representative to develop automotive and industrial accounts in the Southern California area. This is a unique opportunity to represent a market leader in automotive refinishing, and be part of the company’s continued growth as we expand existing markets.
Your key responsibilities will include presenting product demonstrations, providing product knowledge, and building customer relationships. The position requires extensive driving and some out of town travel (25-50%), mainly for in-person cold calling on automotive & industrial accounts. In-depth industry training will be provided to the right candidate, but prior outside sales experience is required.
Territory: Southern California (possible expansion to AZ, NV)
Compensation: $50K and up plus commission and car allowance
Required Qualifications/Experience:
- Outside / Field sales experience
- Closing skill
- Product demonstration experience
- Ability to Travel (25 - 50% out-of-town travel)
