Windshield Dispatcher
We have an outstanding opportunity for a highly organized and detail-oriented Windshield Dispatcher . This role is responsible for coordinating windshield repair and replacement services, ensuring timely and efficient service while maintaining excellent communication with technicians, customers, and vendors.
Job Responsibilities
- Schedule and dispatch windshield repair and replacement jobs
- Communicate with technicians to ensure accurate job assignments and timely service
- Coordinate with vendors to order necessary parts and materials
- Maintain accurate records of completed and pending jobs
- Ensure compliance with company procedures and safety regulations
- Provide updates to customers regarding service status and estimated completion times
- Assist with inventory management for windshields and related supplies
- Address customer inquiries and resolve scheduling conflicts
- Collaborate with other departments to streamline workflow and improve service efficiency
