Position Overview: We seek a dynamic, hands-on Operations Manager to ensure our growing operations run like a finely tuned engine. In this role, you’ll manage our repair facility's daily ins and outs—from technical repairs to shipping and customer support. Working closely with the CEO, you'll drive process improvements and operational excellence, always keeping our customers at the forefront.
Key Responsibilities
- Daily Operations Leadership: Oversee the repair facility’s day-to-day functions, ensuring smooth workflows in technical repairs, shipping/receiving, and customer service.
- Process Improvement: Develop and implement practical process enhancements that boost efficiency and support our growth trajectory.
- Team Supervision: Lead, mentor, and motivate a dedicated team, fostering a collaborative environment where every member contributes to operational excellence.
- Data-Driven Management: Monitor and analyze key operational metrics to identify improvement opportunities and implement effective, real-world solutions.
- Collaboration & Strategy: Partner with the CEO to align operational strategies with our overall business goals, ensuring our processes deliver on our customer-first promise.
- Quality Assurance: Maintain strict quality control standards to ensure every repair meets our high expectations.
- Inventory & Supply Chain Oversight: Optimize inventory management and streamline supply chain processes to support our specialized mail-in repair model.
- Vendor Management: Manage vendor relationships, negotiate contracts, and ensure that our suppliers help us deliver seamless service.
- Budget & Cost Management: Assist in managing operational budgets, making smart, cost-effective decisions without compromising quality.
- Safety & Compliance: Implement and uphold robust safety protocols and compliance standards throughout the facility.
Required Qualifications
- A bachelor’s degree in business administration, operations management, or a related field is desired, but it is flexible based on relevant experience.
- 3 years of operations management experience—ideally in the electronics repair or automotive industry.
- A proven track record of implementing process improvements and achieving measurable operational efficiencies.
- Strong leadership abilities with hands-on experience in managing and motivating cross-functional teams.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills—if you can spot a bottleneck from a mile away, you’re our kind of person.
- Solid financial acumen with a background in budget management.
- Proficiency in operations management software and the Microsoft Office Suite.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with e-commerce operations and familiarity with marketplace platforms (especially eBay).

- Lean and Six Sigma certifications or demonstrable experience with these methodologies are a plus.
