Duties:
Bill all New and Used car deals
Breakdown all New and Used deals and submit for funding if applicable
Organize all paperwork in each deal; check for completeness (signatures, verify VIN, etc.)
Process Pay-off checks for trade-ins and mail to appropriate financial institution in a timely manner.
Provide administrative support to management, other departments and employees as needed.
Requirements:
Proven experience in office management or a related administrative role.
Excellent clerical skills with attention to detail in documentation and data management.
Exceptional organizational abilities to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Proficient phone etiquette that reflects professionalism and courtesy in all communications.
