Position Overview:
We are seeking a personable and motivated Customer Relations Associate to join our front-of-house team. This role is critical to building lasting relationships with our clients, guiding them through our services, and ensuring they feel confident and excited about their investment. If you love cars, enjoy engaging with people, and have a talent for sales, this role is a perfect fit.
Responsibilities:
- Greet customers in person, by phone, and via email with professionalism and enthusiasm
- Educate clients on available services (PPF, ceramic coating, detailing) and product benefits
- Recommend and upsell premium packages and add-on services to match customer needs
- Provide accurate estimates and process invoices
- Maintain CRM records and follow up with leads
- Coordinate scheduling with the service team for appointments and drop-offs
- Ensure a clean and welcoming front office environment
- Assist with social media content or photo documentation (optional but a plus)
Requirements:
- 1–3 years of customer service or sales experience (retail experience is a plus)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Comfortable learning technical information about vehicle protection products
- Organized, detail-oriented, and proactive
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Passion for high-end or performance vehicles a bonus
