Horizon Equity Group Dealer Services is looking for a qualified Finance/Sales Manager for a Franchise Dealership located in Nevada, MO. Our Dealer client offers great benefits and pay along with ongoing training and support. We are looking for individuals who demonstrate integrity, transparency, professionalism and teamwork while working in a fast-paced and high-volume environment.
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Desking deals.
- Managing employee development, training, and coaching to drive sales performance and exceed goals.
- Working with each salesperson & GSM to achieve specific goals and objectives.
- Supporting the Dealership's vision.
- Oversee dealership customer loan origination and approval process
- Establish and maintain strong relations with lenders
- Determine the customer’s need for financing and explore payment options
- Establish a positive relationship with customers as they are presented products and services and enhance customer satisfaction during the entire purchase experience
- Present warranties, GAP insurance and other beneficial products offered by the Dealership
- Secure and finalize transactions in an ethical manner while maintaining a high level of productivity
- Meet monthly forecast for finance and insurance income, penetration levels and customer satisfaction
- Accurately prepare all federal, state, and dealer paperwork related to the transaction and submits to the dealership’s Accounting Department in a timely manner
- Demonstrate behaviors consistent with the Company’s Values in all interactions with customers, co-workers and vendors
Requirements:
- Must have a minimum of 3 years of experience as New Vehicle Sales Manager and/or 2 years as a Finance Manager in Dealerships, with a high-level track record of meeting and exceeding F&I product sales and goals.
- Steady work history and proven record of exceptional customer service.
- Must be well-qualified to understand all program and rate options offered by lenders and maintain working knowledge of all Automotive lending criteria.
- Excellent leadership abilities as well as verbal/written communication and customer service skills.
- Powerful desire to succeed.
- Possess and demonstrate personal and professional integrity.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office and other applications (Excel, Word, Outlook).
- Excellent communication skills.
- Self-motivated and goal-oriented with the capability of positively leading and influencing a team.
- Professional appearance and work ethic.
- Strong phone and computer skills, specifically MS Office Internet.
- Must have a valid driver’s license.
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
- High school diploma or the equivalent, College degree or experience preferred.
- All potential employees must pass pre-employment testing including a background check and drug screening.
