Description

The Customer Service Representative will provide exceptional support to customers through incoming calls, demonstrating excellent communication skills. Key Responsibilities :

• Handle a high volume of incoming calls efficiently and professionally
• Resolve customer inquiries, concerns, and complaints in a timely manner
• Foster strong, lasting relationships with customers through open and engaging communication
• Accurately document customer interactions, manage account updates, and maintain proper filing
• Follow company communication procedures, guidelines, and policies consistently

Qualifications

Required Skills :

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum of 2 years of Customer Service experience (preferably in a call center or phone-based environment)
• Proficient in computer software systems including MS Office
