Key Responsibilities :
- Lead and motivate the sales team to meet and exceed sales targets.
- Provide training, coaching, and performance feedback to team members.
- Identify high-performing team members and encourage best practices across the team.
- Monitor sales performance metrics and address gaps or underperformance.
- Ensure sales policies and procedures are followed by all team members.
- Assist team members with closing sales and upselling opportunities.
- Act as the primary point of contact for escalated issues.
- Ensure all customers receive a five-star experience on the sales floor.
- Resolve customer complaints and conflicts efficiently and professionally.
- Prepare and share daily, weekly, and monthly sales performance reports.
- Communicate company updates, promotions, and goals to the sales team.
- Create and manage schedules to ensure appropriate floor coverage.
- Collaborate with upper management to align sales strategies with company objectives.
