Job Description:
Reporting to the Human Resources Business Partner, the HR Generalist is responsible for developing, implementing, and overseeing policies, procedures, and practices that foster a positive and productive work environment. This role encompasses full-cycle recruitment, employee onboarding, benefits administration, and acting as the primary point of contact for all HR-related inquiries.
Key Responsibilities:
- Administer various personnel programs, including full-cycle recruitment, onboarding, benefits administration, employee engagement, and performance management, ensuring seamless execution across all stages.
- Act as the primary point of contact for HR-related inquiries, providing timely and effective responses to both applicants and employees.
- Maintain accurate, up-to-date employee records, ensuring compliance with all relevant recordkeeping requirements and company policies.
- Create, distribute, and manage relevant HR reports, providing insights and data to support decision-making processes.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in human resource management, business administration, or related field from an accredited college or university and one to three years of relevant experience, or an equivalent combination of education, training, and experience.
- Experience in recruitment, onboarding, and benefits administration, required.
- Certification in human resources (i.e., SHRM-CP, PHR), preferred.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to effectively prioritize tasks and maintain organization in a high-pressure, fast-paced environment.
- Excellent interpersonal skills, including interpersonal, negotiation, and conflict resolution skills.
- Ability to act with integrity, professionalism, and handle confidential information with discretion.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (i.e., Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
