What are the responsibilities and job description for the Customer Service Representative position at Automotive Lighting Distributor & Manufacturer?
Seeking a Customer Service Rep for a fast paced local company in business for 40 plus years.
Candidate must have a HS Diploma and be able to pass a background check and 10 Panel Drug Screen.
Ideal candidate will have excellent phone skills and be able to handle customers that are upset and happy alike. As our front point person on phones you must be able to multitask with a smile, and thoroughly enjoy helping and taking care of people. Must be a team player but be able to self-supervise with great success.
Job Duties include:
1. Answering phones to help customers with questions about their orders, which products they need, direct phone traffic and problem solve day to day problems for our huge customer base. Will require training in products and learning our product line.
2. Precise Order entry and tracking.
3. Day to Day office duties, like filing, creating documents, Admin Assistant duties to a light degree to NSM and VP.
Schedule is as follows:
Monday through Friday 7:30 am to 4:00 pm. No overtime or weekends, straight days. This schedule is firm.
After your 3 month probationary period you will be eligible for paid vacation, paid Holidays, Retirement with competitive 401K Match, Paid Dental and Vision, Medical Benefits with FSA or HSA.

Pay: $16.50 - $22.00 per hour
