Summary of Responsibility

Identifies and monitors production machine parameters. Monitors and tests product/batch quality. Ensures production processes run smoothly and efficiently

Job Description

• Support daily production as required to ensure operation at budgeted rates.
• Provide daily process support to eliminate quality concerns.
• Provide daily process support to eliminate reliability concerns.
• Provide daily process support to eliminate housekeeping concerns.

• Leverage continuous improvement tools (LEAN and Six Sigma) as necessary to eliminate waste
• Set metrics for each work cell to achieve and track results.

• Must be proficient in various robotic applications.

• Ensure all safety and non-safety plant rules and regulations are followed.
• Ensure adherence to established housekeeping standards (5S).
• Respond immediately to items brought to his/her attention with respect to hazards, non-compliance issues.

• Work safely and actively support our safety systems through participation in safety audits, hazard identification and resolution, safety initiatives/teams and living the critical ten safety rules and three safety obligations.

Minimum Qualifications

• Previous experience with injection molding machines, robotics and processing
• Must have a high school diploma or GED equivalent
• Must be able to communicate in English
• Intermediate computer skills - MS Word, Excel, Outlook
• Knowledge of lockout-tagout procedures
• PREFERRED 2-4 years of processing experience
• Ability to maintain excellent written/electronic quality documentation
• Ability to learn computer based support system

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $25.00 - $28.00 per hour
