Job Description
- Support daily production as required to ensure operation at budgeted rates.
- Provide daily process support to eliminate quality concerns.
- Provide daily process support to eliminate reliability concerns.
- Provide daily process support to eliminate housekeeping concerns.

- Leverage continuous improvement tools (LEAN and Six Sigma) as necessary to eliminate waste
- Set metrics for each work cell to achieve and track results.

- Must be proficient in various robotic applications.

Minimum Qualifications
- Previous experience with injection molding machines, robotics and processing
- Must have a high school diploma or GED equivalent
- Must be able to communicate in English
- Intermediate computer skills - MS Word, Excel, Outlook
- Knowledge of lockout-tagout procedures
- PREFERRED 2-4 years of processing experience
- Ability to maintain excellent written/electronic quality documentation
- Ability to learn computer based support system
