Locally owned, Used Car operation seeks a Strong, Used Car Manager/GSM to lead this very successful, 15 year old dealership to the next level!
If you are a highly SELF motivated, successful Used Car Manager with strong F&I Experience, sales experience, have experience in buying and bidding used cars, working with sales people to build a successful team we need to talk.
If you ever dreamed of owning and operating your own used car lot this is your opportunity. You will have all the inventory you need, all the lenders you need, all the leads you can handle on a great lot and facility!
We are NOT looking for a slacker, someone who puts their feet up on the desk and waits for something to happen. Or someone who spends all day looking at their phone! We need someone who is willing to up a customer, sell a car, wash a car, move the lot… Whatever it takes to make a deal. EVERY car deal is a deal on our lot!

Responsibilities
- Manage the used car inventory, including purchasing, pricing, and merchandising vehicles to maximize sales potential.
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive traffic to the used car lot and increase overall sales performance.
- Train and mentor sales staff on best practices in customer service, sales techniques, and product knowledge.
- Conduct regular inventory audits to ensure accurate stock levels and maintain optimal vehicle display conditions.
- Foster strong relationships with customers through excellent service, follow-up communications, and addressing any concerns or inquiries.
- Utilize public speaking skills to present vehicles effectively during customer interactions and dealership events.
- Collaborate with marketing teams to create promotional campaigns that enhance visibility of the used car inventory.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to adjust pricing strategies accordingly.
