Responsibilities
- Manage front desk operations, greeting visitors and handling inquiries with professionalism.
- Answer phone calls, ensuring excellent phone etiquette while directing calls to appropriate personnel.
- Perform data entry tasks accurately and efficiently, maintaining up-to-date records.
- Assist with clerical duties, including filing, organizing documents, and managing office supplies.
- Support office management by coordinating schedules, meetings, and appointments.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure effective communication and workflow within the office.
- Utilize Google Suite for document creation, spreadsheets, and presentations as needed.
Skills
- Strong front desk experience with a focus on customer service and phone etiquette.
- Excellent data entry skills with attention to detail and accuracy.
- Solid clerical skills including typing proficiency and document management.
- Demonstrated office management experience is preferred.
