(ATDS), a leader in automotive testing and technical services, is looking for dedicated individuals to apply for our Equipment Operator/Facility Maintenance Technician position in California City, CA.

What You’ll Do:
- Take the lead or assist with various projects like landscaping, irrigation, janitorial services, and road maintenance/ repaving.
- Operate heavy equipment such as skidsteer, backhoe, skiploader, water truck, and tele-handlers safely and efficiently.
- Provide support for vehicle testing events, including venue setup, cleanup, and operation.
- Perform general maintenance and repairs on facility buildings, equipment, and property, including carpentry, plumbing, HVAC, and electrical work.
- Implement preventative maintenance and keep detailed safety logs for offices, garages, labs, and grounds.
- Handle fuel station operations including tracking, ordering, receiving fuel deliveries, and maintaining equipment such as fork trucks, compressors, fire valves, and more.
- Work autonomously and lead maintenance teams to ensure projects are completed to high safety and quality standards.
What We’re Looking For:
- A team player with 1-2 years of experience in maintenance or related fields (preferred).
- Ability to safely operate a range of equipment, from hand tools to heavy machinery.
- Physically capable of lifting 50-80 lbs. unassisted and comfortable working in various weather conditions.
- Strong communication skills and a positive attitude.
- Ability to work with minimal supervision and a clean driving record.
- Forklift certification (highly desired).
Work Schedule:
- Shift hours rotate between Monday-Thursday or Tuesday-Friday, 6:30 am - 5:00 pm.
