Key Responsibilities
As a Sales Assistant Account Manager at Automotive Tier 1, you will be responsible for assisting the Account Manager with assigned tasks, ensuring seamless collaboration and customer satisfaction.
Main Tasks:
- Assist the Account Manager with creating and submitting quotations for new business opportunities.
- Manage quotation activities, including prototype and trial orders, to ensure timely delivery and customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Planning, Engineering, Purchasing, and PC teams, to coordinate design changes and review packaging specifications.
- Analyze customer purchase orders to ensure consistency with proposals and requirements, and maintain profit levels in accordance with corporate guidelines.
- Summarize parts list and sales forecast for current and future models.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree (4-year) in Supply Chain, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or related fields.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
PREFERRED: Manufacturing experience through Co-Op or Internship.
Fundamental understanding of international business, sales, and supply chain.
Language and Travel Requirements:
Fluent in spoken and written English.
Some domestic travel required (approximately 5-10%).
