In this critical leadership role, you will take ownership of product strategy and execution, guiding the development of our existing product offerings while expanding into new verticals and leveraging cutting-edge AI and machine learning technologies. Key Responsibilities:
- Product Strategy & Vision: Lead the creation of a forward-thinking product strategy, aligning with the company's overall growth plans. This includes expanding our core offerings and identifying new opportunities within adjacent markets
- Execution & Implementation: Oversee the end-to-end lifecycle of product development, from ideation to delivery. Ensure that product strategies are effectively implemented and continuously refined to meet market demands
- AI & Machine Learning Integration: Lead the incorporation of artificial intelligence and machine learning into our product offerings to enhance efficiency and innovation.
- Team Leadership & Development: Build, mentor, and lead a high-performing product team. Foster a collaborative and results-driven culture that ensures the successful delivery of complex product initiatives
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with SLT, engineering, sales, marketing, and customer success teams to ensure alignment and smooth execution of product plans
- Vendor Management: Lead product-related collaboration with external vendors, consultants, and strategic partners, such as software, AI firms, and other collaborators.
- Market Expansion: Identify and act on opportunities to expand our product offerings into new verticals, creating new revenue streams and extending our market leadership
- Customer Insights & Analytics: Utilize elite analytical skills to synthesize customer feedback, market trends, and competitive intelligence into actionable product plans. Build strong business cases for product decisions and prioritize initiatives based on ROI

Required Skills and Abilities:
- Leadership: Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams in an agile environment, with strong mentorship and guidance for both on-shore and off-shore teams
- Strategic Mindset: Expertise in developing and executing product strategies that align with company goals, utilizing market insights and data to prioritize initiatives and make informed decisions
- Vendor & Partnership Management: Strong track record of managing relationships with external vendors, consultants, and strategic partners to co-create and execute product strategies
- Communication & Influence: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with internal teams, business leaders, and external partners, driving alignment and execution across the organization
- Execution & Adaptability: Ability to balance long-term strategy with day-to-day operational excellence, adapting quickly to a fast-paced, high-growth environment
Education and Experience:
- Experience: 5 years of progressive leadership experience in Product Strategy and Implementation within a technology and/or technology-enabled services company
- Market Expansion: Demonstrated ability to scale products and expand beyond a core offering into multiple adjacent verticals
- AI & Machine Learning: Experience incorporating AI/ML technologies into product offerings to drive innovation and business growth
- Project Management: Experience managing complex product initiatives and collaborating with external vendors and partners to ensure successful delivery
- Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree in a related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred
Compensation:
$170-240,00/annually DOE
