Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage a team across multiple roles
• Develop and optimize delivery routes
• Construct shipping pallets and operate Hi-Lo equipment
• Oversee order fulfillment, from order entry to packaging
• Maintain inventory and organization of packing materials
• Supervise loading and unloading of tractor trailer deliveries
• Ensure accurate tracking using computers, email, UPS software, and GPS technology
• Qualifications:
• Proven experience managing teams in a distribution or logistics setting
• Hands-on knowledge of pallet construction and Hi-Lo operation
• Strong understanding of order fulfillment processes
• Comfortable working with technology, including shipping and tracking software
• Excellent organizational and communication skills
