Key Responsibilities:
- Engage with customers to understand their vehicle needs, providing personalized recommendations from our extensive inventory of over 20,000 vehicles.
- Clearly explain optional equipment and accessories, highlighting product features and benefits.
- Utilize excellent communication and negotiation skills to tailor payment options to meet customer lifestyles, budgets, and expectations.
- Achieve monthly sales targets and deliver exceptional customer service to drive loyalty.
- Facilitate the transition of customers to our Service departments, promoting the quality and convenience of our repair services and aftermarket parts.
- Maintain a high standard of customer satisfaction through follow-ups and problem resolution.
- Collaborate with team members and other departments to optimize sales efforts and track performance.
Qualifications:
- Proven ability to provide exceptional customer experiences.
- Strong self-motivation and the drive to exceed sales targets.
- Excellent communication, consultative, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
- Resilience in handling rejection and overcoming objections.
- High sense of urgency and responsiveness.
- Valid in-state driver’s license with a clean, safe driving record.
- High school diploma or equivalent; bilingual (Spanish) is a plus.
