AutoNation’s Corporate Headquarters is actively recruiting Summer Interns to join our IT team! This exciting 10-week intensive internship program at a Fortune 150 Company offers hands-on experience in various aspects of information technology.

What to Expect from the IT Internship?

As an IT Intern, you will gain hands-on experience while contributing to meaningful projects that directly impact the business. During your 10-week internship, you will:

• Collaborate on projects involving software development, systems management, cybersecurity, and data analytics

• Assist in developing and maintaining IT systems and solutions

• Gain experience working with industry-standard software tools and platforms

• Learn and apply best practices in IT operations and project management

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand how technology drives business processes

Qualifications:

We are looking for students with the following qualifications:

• Currently enrolled in a 4-year degree program (Master’s students also accepted)

• Majoring in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field

• Minimum GPA of 2.5; a GPA above 3.0 is preferred (Transcript will be requested)

• Ability to commute and work on-site at our Corporate Headquarters in Fort Lauderdale, FL or in White Plains, NY for the duration of the internship

• Strong communication, organization, and time management skills

• A willingness to learn and an openness to coaching
