Job Description:
The Human Resources Generalist plays a crucial role in ensuring the highest level of safety, housekeeping, and professionalism within the HR department. This position requires providing leadership, discipline, and support to achieve these goals.
Responsibilities include full-cycle recruitment for both hourly and salary staff, administration of company benefit plans, and management of paperwork related to Leaves of Absence. Additionally, the HR Generalist is responsible for maintaining accurate records of Personnel Transactions, such as new hires, promotions, transfers, performance reviews, and terminations.
Maintaining HR-related reports and overseeing other reports, including monthly evaluations, training matrices, and hourly staffing matrices, are also key responsibilities. The HR Generalist will administer the Job Posting System, conduct and oversee new hire orientation, and ensure compliance with related TS-16949 and ISO-14001 policies and procedures.
This role requires a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management or a related field, along with basic knowledge of Federal and State employment law. Excellent verbal and written communication skills are essential for success in this position.
