Customer Success Project Manager

We are seeking a seasoned Customer Success Project Manager to lead and execute strategic transformation projects with our customers, including health plans and healthcare providers. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in managing large-scale, complex initiatives within matrixed healthcare organizations. You will play a key role in driving customer success by ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope, and with a high degree of collaboration and communication.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead strategic, high-impact transformation projects with customers, ensuring alignment with their goals and Autonomize AI’s offerings.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for customer stakeholders, ensuring exceptional communication and relationship management.
• Develop and manage detailed project plans, timelines, and deliverables, while proactively identifying risks and implementing mitigation strategies.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, data science, and product, to ensure successful project execution and integration.
• Present project updates, progress reports, and insights to customers and internal stakeholders, maintaining a high standard of professionalism.
• Ensure projects meet key milestones and are aligned with both customer expectations and organizational goals.
• Provide ongoing post-implementation support and ensure long-term success through continuous engagement with the customer.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Management, Business, or a related field. Advanced degree (MBA, MPH) is a plus.
• 8 years of experience in project management, specifically in health plans, healthcare providers, or other related healthcare organizations.
• Proven track record of leading complex projects in matrixed environments, with a strong focus on healthcare transformation and innovation.
• Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to present to senior executives and stakeholders.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Expertise in project management tools (e.g., JIRA, Asana, Microsoft Project).
• PMP certification is preferred but not required.
• Ability to travel as needed for client engagements.
