About The Role

The Product Manager plays a critical role in leading the definition, design, and development of autonomous solutions tailored for construction applications. Reporting to the VP of Products or Director of Product Management, this role collaborates cross-functionally to ensure projects are completed on time, within scope, and aligned with business objectives. You'll own the product lifecycle, manage market and customer requirements, and drive initiatives that deliver measurable impact.

Your Impact

In This Role, You Will

• Lead Product Development: Manage all aspects of the Product Development Process, ensuring hardware and software solutions are delivered on time and on budget.
• Strategic Vision: Drive product vision and planning that aligns with ASI's business objectives and customer needs.
• Financial Ownership: Oversee product budgets and scope, including products with >$20M NRE revenue/year.
• Customer Focus: Work directly with customers and business development teams to gather requirements and align technical capabilities with real-world challenges.
• Foster Collaboration: Coordinate with Engineering, Development, and Product Teams to deliver innovative and reliable products.
• Ownership and Accountability: Accept full responsibility for the success or failure of assigned products, making key decisions to maintain project timelines and quality.
  
  

What You'll Do

• Develop, maintain, and deliver product roadmaps for autonomous systems.
• Monitor product trends to identify opportunities for new products and services.
• Manage scope, schedule, and budget for complex product development projects.
• Facilitate regular product meetings, ensuring customer voice and business objectives influence development.
• Contribute to improving corporate Product Development Processes and workflows.
• Lead status reporting for upper management and key stakeholders.
• Proactively identify and resolve technical, financial, and scheduling risks.
• Support business development efforts, including preparing proposals, gathering estimates, and defining milestones.
  
  

Who We're Looking For

We Are Looking For a Results-driven Product Professional With a Blend Of Leadership, Technical Expertise, And Strategic Thinking. Ideal Candidates Will Have

• 4-7 years of experience in Product Management, Project Analysis/Planning, or related fields, specifically with industrial hardware/software solutions.
• A Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related field. Project Management Certification is preferred.
• Strong understanding of Agile principles and project management methodologies.
• Experience delivering solutions in autonomous, robotics, or industrial applications.
• A proven track record of managing projects >$20M NRE revenue/year and contributing to product sales >$5M/year.
