Your Impact
Leads and directs an organization's accounting functions. Establishes and maintains the organization's overall accounting systems, procedures, and policies. Directs all analysis and reporting of financial information including budgets, planning, and required filings and reports. Presents findings and recommendations to management. Requires a bachelor's degree in accounting or finance. Requires CPA. Reports to Chief Financial Officer (CFO). Manages a business unit, division, or corporate function with major organizational impact. Establishes overall direction and strategic initiatives for the given major function or line of business. Has acquired the business acumen and leadership experience to become a top function or division head.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Ability to partner with executive management to help make sound financial and business strategic decisions.

- Extensive knowledge of Procedures and Standards.
- Evaluate ledgers and review financial reports.
- Advanced knowledge of accounting software such as QuickBooks and SAP.
ESSENTIAL EDUCATION, WORK EXPERIENCE, JOB SKILLS
- Bachelor's degree in accounting or related field- Master's degree optional.
- 10 years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- CPA certification required.
- Advanced understanding of Finance and accounting principles.
- Microsoft applications such as Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
- Superior communication skills.
- Extensive Accounting and GAAP knowledge.
