Your Impact

As a Business Intelligence Engineer Level IV, you will play a critical role in shaping data-driven decisions across ASI. You will provide timely and accurate reports to the CEO, Product Owners, and other key stakeholders, enabling informed strategic planning. By fostering collaboration between Product Teams, IT, and Accounting, you will ensure seamless integration of cost and time reporting across multiple systems. Your work will empower ASI to make data-backed decisions that drive operational excellence and business success.

Your Responsibilities

• Standardize data collection by developing methods for database design and validation reports.
• Provide guidance on internal system usage to enhance collaboration and data-sharing across teams.
• Extract data from databases and data warehouses for reporting and facilitate sharing between multiple systems.
• Develop dashboards, metrics, and insights to identify trends and anomalies for business leaders.
• Consult with stakeholders to define data sources, required elements, and validation standards.
• Collaborate with development teams to design business intelligence solutions for efficient data storage, retrieval, and analysis.
• Act as a subject matter expert, providing leadership, coaching, and mentorship to junior team members.
• Support project management efforts by integrating and optimizing information systems.
• Administer or assist in the administration of key internal information systems to improve decision-making.

What You Bring

• 6 years of experience in operations, analytics, business intelligence, or information systems.
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance, Statistics, Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Strong proficiency in query and reporting analysis tools.
• Expertise in database design and implementation.
• Experience integrating multiple information systems is preferred.
• Strong project management experience is a plus.
• Ability to handle complex issues independently with a high degree of autonomy.
• Demonstrated leadership, mentoring, and coaching abilities.
• Strong mathematical and analytical skills to interpret and analyze data effectively.
