If you are a Software Quality (QA) Engineer and are looking for an exciting position where you can "test" your skills, then ASI may be the employer for you! Software QA Engineers ensure the quality of our autonomous software through extensive testing and analysis. You will work closely with your team in a scrum environment and help identify and resolve defects.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Collaborate with project teams to understand project requirements and design appropriate test plans and strategies
- Create and maintain comprehensive test cases and documentation
- Execute manual and automated tests to ensure software meets functional, performance, and reliability requirements
- Troubleshoot and debug issues found during testing and work with project teams to resolve them
- Conduct user-acceptance testing when software is ready for release
- Participate in scrum meetings and provide quality updates
- Contribute to continuous improvement efforts to enhance the overall quality of our software products
- Execute tests in the lab, on the vehicle, and in field-test environments
