The Opportunity
We're looking for a Software QA Analyst who is passionate about delivering high-quality software. In this role, you will work hands-on with our autonomous vehicle software, ensuring smooth performance through rigorous testing and collaboration with developers. You'll gain experience in lab, vehicle, and field test environments, making a direct impact on how ASI's technology performs in the real world.
What You'll Do
- Design & Execute Tests - Develop, manage, and run test cases for autonomous software.
- Troubleshoot & Debug - Investigate software defects, report findings, and collaborate with engineers to resolve issues.
- User Acceptance Testing - Validate software updates before release, ensuring optimal performance.
- Field & Lab Testing - Execute tests both in the lab and on autonomous vehicles in real-world conditions.
- Agile Team Collaboration - Participate in scrum meetings, provide insights on testing efforts, and help improve software quality.
What You Bring
- 2-4 years of experience in software QA testing or a related field.
- Background in Computer Science, Engineering, or similar technical disciplines.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Experience with test case design and execution.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- A team player with individual accountability.
- Willingness to learn Linux OS and proprietary software for installation and diagnostics.
- Knowledge of Agile methodologies is a plus.
