Position Summary:
AutoPayPlus is seeking a motivated and professional Outreach Representative to engage with current and former members through outbound and inbound communications. This individual will serve as a key contact for enhancing member satisfaction, promoting financial products, and reengaging members with tailored solutions. The ideal candidate is personable, persuasive, tech-savvy, and driven by results and compliance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Member Engagement: Conduct outbound calls, handle inbound transfers, and manage Calendly appointments to improve member satisfaction and engagement.
- Internal Sales: Recommend and upsell suitable financial products (auto, mortgage, personal, and student loans) to existing members.
- Reenrollments: Reconnect with members who canceled due to refinance or early payoff, offering opportunities for continued services.
- System Navigation & Tools: Efficiently utilize Creatio CRM, Five9 dialer, Outlook, and internal systems for documentation and follow-up.
- Compliance & Transparency: Accurately explain all program-related fees and policies, maintaining transparency and compliance.
- Campaign Execution: Execute and manage outbound calling campaigns aligned with team objectives and scripts.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with sister departments, participate in ongoing training, and contribute to internal feedback loops.
- Professionalism & Tone: Maintain a respectful, positive, and brand-aligned tone in all member interactions.
